Distribution Day

We have all worked so hard to make it to this moment.

The day has finally arrived to hand out these gifts of love, comfort, and truth.

Our first stop was the Atlanta Missions shelter where we were able to provide 36 bags and Bibles. The people in the shelter were glad and very thankful to have been provided with these gifts. New hats, socks, gloves, and scarfs and fresh crackers and granola bars were only some of the things that they were able to receive.

After that first distribution, we headed over to Hurt Park and Woodruff Park. They received their gifts with joy and thanksgiving. Many of them began to search through the bags and place the scarfs around their necks and the gloves on their hands. These were things they did not have before until this day.

Thanks to you we were able to provide for 150  human beings who are left outside in the cold. That's 150 less people who are cold tonight because you were kind enough to give. Their once sad faces had become smiles of gratitude and their cold eyes were filled with warmth. The warmth given will be the warmth returned. Each and every single person that received a Blessing Bag is thankful for your support and your willingness to give.

May God continue to bless you abundantly.

Love,

Diana Uribe
