Our Team

Our Vision

God has placed a desire in our hearts; to give and not only to give, but to give freely of the blessings that God has given us.

         We began this journey with the desire to help small underprivileged churches in Guatemala who needed help with construction. Since the birth of House of Grace Ministries in November 2017, we have grown to understand that God’s plans are greater than our thoughts and with the help of other churches, the donations of people with the same heart of service, and love for God’s Kingdom, much can be accomplished.  Since then we have helped a church in El Canton Agua Viva in Chichicastenago, to repair the crumbling foundation. We were able to see God’s hand at work as He multiplied the money we had collected. They were not only able to to build a retaining wall, but they were able to build restrooms and classrooms as well.  Little is much in the hands of the Lord.

            Since then we have helped another church in San Pablo La Laguna, Guatemala, with dire need of financial assistance.  They have been congregating in a small room in the middle of the city, barely fitting their growing congregation.  On Sunday’s, when it’s too sunny or rainy, they extend tarps to accommodate the people who cannot fit inside so they can stand outside to hear the word of God preached. By faith they have mortgaged a property to build a church but there is still a great need.  Therefore, by faith we also go forward trusting that God will help us provide the means to help them to build a House of Worship.

            We have come to understand that the ministry that God has placed in our hands is something extraordinary, and we are blessed because we are leaving a legacy behind for generations to come.  Our hope is that people might continue to receive the word of God, that lives might be transformed, and Salvation found in these houses that have been repaired and built based on God’s Grace.

            Our vision has grown beyond our first projects to include our community and its needs.  We truly want to do what God has placed in our hearts, which is to serve and give back the grace that we once received through the love and salvation of Jesus Christ.
